Your documents become the course

How course creation worksMost training software stores videos and runs a quiz. EducateMe's AI builds the course from your files, makes every learner practice, scores them, and tells you who is ready for the job.
An LMS was a place to store training and track who finished.
It has to make sure people can do the job.
Most teams are not leaving another LMS. They are leaving a shared drive, a quiz sent by hand, and a manager who repeats the same session for every new hire.

How course creation worksThey talk to an AI that plays the other person, in a call or a chat. They get a score and feedback on their exact words, then try again.
See the AI Roleplay CoachAn AI Assessment asks about the course and follows up on every answer. When they finish, AI writes the report: a score, a verdict on whether they are ready, and what to work on.
See the reportsEducateMe's approach to employee training is a loop of learn, practice, check, and a report that says who is ready for the job. AI builds the course from your documents, runs the practice, scores every attempt against your criteria, and writes the report. You review the course before it goes live and set the pass mark. EducateMe is an AI-native LMS, so these tools are part of every course, not add-ons.
A regular LMS stores courses and records who finished them. EducateMe also makes learners practice and proves they can do the job. Learners rehearse real conversations with an AI, get scored, and try again. A written report then tells you whether each person is ready. The difference shows up after training, when a new hire takes their first real call.
When a learner completes a course, EducateMe writes an L&D Report from their roleplay, assessment, and quiz results. It gives a score out of 100 and a one-line verdict on whether they are ready for the role. It lists their strengths and the gaps to work on, including knowing the material but not applying it under pressure. Admins and instructors see the report. It is written for self-paced courses with at least one scored activity.
Practicing with AI does not replace a manager's judgment. It gives every learner far more practice than a manager has time for. The AI is available any time, by call or by chat, and scores every attempt against the same criteria. Managers read the transcript and the score instead of sitting in. They spend their time on the people who need it.
You give EducateMe the material you already have, and the AI Assistant builds the course. Upload a handbook, a policy, a video, or a link, or describe the course in a sentence. You get modules, lessons, and interactive activities to review. A person from our team helps you set up. There is no ready-made course library.
