People also call it LMS tracking and reporting, or training analytics. In EducateMe it updates on its own as people learn. You see every learner and every course without keeping a spreadsheet next to it.
EducateMe tracks course progress, completions, quiz scores, assignment scores, AI roleplay results, live-session attendance, and learner feedback. The activity log adds a dated record of enrollments and completions. You can filter by course, activity, or learner tag to see which team needs help.
Learner progress updates in real time on the Score page of every course. There is no refresh, import, or end-of-week report to wait for. You see each learner's completion rate the moment something changes.
EducateMe shows who is overdue on any course that repeats, such as yearly compliance training. Overdue learners are marked in red and upcoming deadlines in yellow. Learners get email reminders, and the course resets on the schedule you set, for example every 12 months.
Learner data exports from the Score page and the activity log, and the activity log exports as a CSV file. AI Reports export as a PDF you can send to a manager. The API passes training data to your other tools.
