Most teams train with docs, paper, and whoever is around. It works until you grow.
Training sits in shared drives and binders, and every shift or team learns it a little differently. Nobody can say who learned what, or prove it later.
An employee training platform with a plan for every role

Frequently asked questions
An employee training platform is software a company uses to onboard, train, and track its own people in one place. It is also called an employee learning platform, an employee training portal, or an employee development platform. It replaces shared drives, paper, and whoever-is-around training with courses, reminders, and a record of who finished. EducateMe's employee training platform adds AI that drafts courses from your documents and lets learners practice what they learn.
You don't need an IT team to run EducateMe. There is nothing to install: you add learners by email, a link, or a spreadsheet, and they sign in from a browser on a computer or a phone. A person from our team helps you set up the first courses and stays reachable by chat afterward. Most teams are running within a few days, and learners need no training on the tool itself.
The AI Assistant turns your handbooks, process docs, and recordings into courses with lessons and quizzes, and updates them when a process changes. A person checks every course before it goes out. Learners can practice conversations with the AI Roleplay Coach, by call or chat, and ask questions answered from the course. You can ask the AI how training is going and get the answer as a report.
Onboarding and upskilling run in the same place. A new hire starts on a plan for their role on day one, then moves on to the next plan as they grow. Tags and libraries keep shared courses in order, so one course can sit in many plans without a copy. The employee onboarding page shows the onboarding side in detail.
Look past completion rates. Track quiz scores, practice results, and progress by team over time. EducateMe shows progress by team and department, a record for each learner, and a written report when a learner finishes a course. You can export any report to CSV or Excel, or ask the AI a question such as which team is behind this quarter.
EducateMe connects to HR systems such as BambooHR and Rippling, so a new hire is added to training on their own. It also connects to Slack, Zoom, Google and Outlook calendars, and Zapier, and it has an API. The integrations page has the full list.
EducateMe pricing starts from $239 a month, and every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. The starting price covers a set number of learners. You can try every part of it, including the AI Assistant and AI roleplay, before you talk to anyone. See what each plan includes on the pricing page.
